Registration for EIDSS 2026 is free of charge.
Pre-registration closes at noon one week before the event.
On-site registration is available with a business card, but may close early due to capacity limits.
Log in and modify your details in My Page.
QR codes are sent by e-mail starting three days before the event.
November 23-24, 2026 at the Grand Ballroom(B1), JW Marriott Dongdaemun Square Seoul.
The official language is English with simultaneous Korean interpretation.
Parking is available at the hotel. Please contact the secretariat for details.
Luncheon is provided. You may select special dietary requirements during registration.
The program book is distributed at the registration desk and downloadable on the website.
