1. Purpose

The EIDSS 2026 Secretariat collects personal information for registration and operation of the symposium.

2. Items Collected

E-mail, name, organization, department, position, contact number, nationality, dietary requirements

3. Retention Period

Data is retained for one year after the event and then destroyed without delay.
